For employees, we can offer advice and assistance in relation to disputes with employers, including negotiating settlements or taking claims to the Employment Tribunal for such things as unfair dismissal, breach of contract, discrimination and dismissal as a result of mergers of businesses.

For employers, we can offer a full assessment of your existing procedures to ensure that you are complying with all statutory requirements. Furthermore, we are able to assist you in defending claims from employees in the Employment Tribunals and at Court.
